We will seek to learn as much about your needs as possible so we can make sure we meet your expectations and all your requirements.
Below is a list of services provided by Enchanting Care. The list is not exhaustive, so please contact us if you think we can help and we can discuss various care options with you.
- Companionship, Personal Care, Domestic Duties:
We can provide a friendly and caring support worker to visit you for a chat over a cup of tea, to accompany you to social events or to help around the house.
We can offer help with everyday personal care such as showering, bathing, dressing and mobility.
We can help you maintain your independence by doing household chores such as washing and ironing, house cleaning and gardening. We can help you with shopping trips, travel arrangements, doctor appointments and social activities.
As with all our services, we can provide them at a time and for a duration that suits you, whether it be for a short, occasional visit or long term live-in care, and anything in between.
Please contact us to discuss specific support packages that you may find helpful.
- Dementia Care:
We understand that people who have been diagnosed with dementia may reach a stage where they need professional support and care to help them live well with the condition while at home. Our care can help you to live as independently as possible in a familiar environment. We can ensure that regular routines are maintained and continuity is kept. Our comprehensive care also provides support to the friends and family who care for a person with dementia. We offer help to anyone who needs support to carry out their caring role.
- Replacement care, respite care or holiday cover:
Carers will always need time away from their caring role, so when this time comes please call us to arrange care for your loved one. Our replacement care is designed to replace as closely as possible, the care that you, as a carer, would normally be providing the person you care for. You may need to take a break from caring so you can look after your own health and wellbeing. Perhaps you may need replacement overnight care to help you catch up on your own sleep. Likewise, the person you are caring for may also need a break. We can offer care cover for short or long periods on a regular or irregular basis.
- Live-in Care:
We can provide you with the highest level of care in the comfort and familiar surroundings of your home. We will speak with you in detail about your needs and expectations and together we will create a personal plan that satisfies your very individual requirements. We understand that we have been invited into your home and we will treat you with the utmost respect and care at all times. We aim to provide you with the freedom to pursue your interests and live your life as independently as possible, while knowing that a carer is on hand at all times. As circumstances change we will change and adapt to them, in full consultation with you. We offer a highly individual level of care and we will ensure that the carer we place with you understands your needs and preferences entirely. You will be treated with empathy and dignity at all times.
- Learning Disabilities Care:

We are here to support you and your loved ones with the most effective care services available. We will be engaging and we will listen to you about your needs and expectations. We will enable you to live as actively as possible. We can work with other practitioners who are involved in your care to help deliver a coordinated service with an holistic approach to the care you receive. We aim to provide practical support to meet your needs in a compassionate and responsive manner. We can provide carers in and out of normal working hours on a long or short term basis.
